Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL), sold 5,383 units in domestic market in July’20 as the company is gradually ramping up its production while exercising utmost caution and highest safety protocols in both its manufacturing plants. During the Unlock 2.0 phase in July’20, the company launched three of its awaited models - All New 5th Generation City, New WR-V and BS-6 Civic Diesel which had got postponed due to COVID-19 lockdown.
The export stood at 282 units last month. The company had despatched 1,398 units in June’20 during Unlock 1.0 period and 10,250 units in July’19 in domestic market.
