Triumph Motorcycles India has issued a statement saying that it is in the process of launching a safety recall concerning the left hand switch cube on certain Street Triple RS. The recall is to remedy an indicator and main beam malfunction caused by water ingress into the switch cube internals.
The company stated that approximately 100 Street Triple RS motorcycles are affected in India. In due course of time, the brand shall be proactively contacting the customers through their respective dealership network for all the necessary actions, the company statement said.
