COMPLAINT
Reg.: Brake issues with Baleno Car Reg: DL3CCP5271

This has reference to my telephonic conversation with you on 20.02.2019 at 1.36pm, 5.58pm, 6.06pm escalating the issue to you regarding the noise emanating from the car while applying brakes.

I am sorry to say that all the promises made by you to ensure removal of the complaint have turned out to be fake due to the callous attitude of Nexa, Maruti engineers including you, who has not cared to collect feedback from me.

I may remind you of the conversatoin telling you that the below mentioned car, which belongs to my daughter and is being driven by her, has been taken for removal of the defect of noise at least for more than seven times, but till now the fault has not been removed.

I doubt the calibre and efficiency of the Engineers (Maruti and Nexa both) who have not been able to identity the problem and instead told her that there will always be noise of 20-30% and while applying full brakes they said that huge noise is bound to come. This reply is in connivance with the dealer that they are not blaming the defect in the car to shield the dealer.
Mr Vivek, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE IF SOME MISHAP HAPPENS WHILE APPLYING BRAKES. I CANT RISK THE LIFE OF MY DAUGHTER.

PLEASE ALSO RECOLLECT OUR CONVERSATION WHEN I TOLD YOU THAT ALL THESE SEVEN EIGHT TIMES THE CAR WAS TAKEN FROM MY RESIDENCE / OFFICE AT MY EXPENSE (PETROL AND HIRING CABS TO ATTEND OFFICE / RETURN FROM OFFICE). YOU PROMISED THAT SERVICE CAR WILL BE PROVIDED. I THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING THE SERVICE CAR, WHILE THIS CAR WAS TAKEN ON 21.2.19FOR REPAIRS, WITHOUT EVEN DIESEL TO REACH BACK HOME AND DIESEL WAS GOT FILLED AND RECEIPT KEPT IN THE CAR BUT U GUYS DID NOT CARE ABOUT THAT AND INSTEAD TOLD THAT THIS NOISE WILL EMANATE AND DEFECT CAN'T BE RECTIFIED.

IMMEDIATE ACTION MAY BE TAKEN AND CAR'S DEFECT REMOVED TO ENSURE SAFETY OF MY DAUGHTER..
