Uber, India’s leading ride hailing platforms, in partnership with Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL), has launched dedicated premium pickup zones for Uber Black and Uber Comfort at Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru. The upgraded zone will offer seamless connectivity and elevated airport travel experience switching between ground transport travel and flights.
The new zones provide seamless access to Uber’s premium ride categories and are equipped with enhanced amenities and on-ground support. With a focus on comfort, service and convenience, the launch marks another step forward in Uber’s commitment to offering elevated mobility solutions at key travel hubs across India.
With this launch, Uber unveils its first ever Uber Black zone in India at an airport, solidifying its position as a premium mobility provider at one of the country’s most important aviation hubs. Riders booking Uber Black and Uber Comfort from Bangalore airport can now enjoy dedicated pickup zones at both terminals for faster access, trained support staff to assist riders on-ground, premium amenities including water dispensers, charging stations, and staffed helpdesk kiosk, High rated drivers and well-appointed vehicles ensuring a premium ride experience.
