Manoj Pande, PVSM, AVSM, VSM, ADC Chief of Army Staff and Mrs Archana Pande, Chairperson of the Army Wives Welfare Association, and Vimal Sumbly, Head Business – Premium at TVS Motor Company from the National War Memorial, New Delhi.
