As a part of enhancing their customer's premium purchase experience, Maruti Suzuki inaugurated their 'MyNEXA Concierge' at New Delhi's international airport which has been built on a total area of 900 sq. ft. The booth acts as a display and lounge for customers who have enrolled for Maruti Suzuki's MyNEXA loyalty program to relax while awaiting their flights.
Customer's will be able to avail services like a dedicated lounge seating, high-speed internet, iPads, choice of food and beverages from Starbucks for no extra charge. 'MyNEXA Concierge' has a car display outside the lounge area as well for travelers to visit and check out the new offerings from Maruti. While buying one of Maruti's premium offerings from a Nexa outlet customer's can enroll for this service by paying a small onetime fee of Rs. 1,000.
