Lohia Auto Industries, the automobile division of Rs. 700 Crore Lohia Global and a leading manufacturer of electric vehicles in the country launched Electric Hi-Speed Auto --Comfort E-Auto HS. The Comfort E-Auto HS is powered by a lithium-ion battery, which can run at a speed of 30 km/h, having been designed and developed indigenously by the company’s R&D team.
The Comfort E-Auto HS provides seating for four passengers plus driver and has a load capacity of 40 kg and offers a range of over 80 km, which is enabled by the 78 AH Li-ion battery and 2,200 W electric motor. It features a compact charger with 48V-40A multi-stages SMPS charger, hydraulic telescopic front shock absorber and rear shock absorber comprising of leaf spring with hydraulic telescopic. It also offers good ground clearance of 235 mm.
