Euler Motors, announced the launch of Euler Prime, a real-time, on-the-go vehicle support solution designed to deliver faster, smarter, and preemptive assistance for its customers across 45+ cities in India. The initiative will go live across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur, and Patna in the first phase.
Euler Prime is a solution built to ensure that Euler Motors’ vehicles enjoy maximum uptime, enabling customers to earn more while ensuring timely support whenever needed. During any unfortunate incident of vehicle breakdown within the city or outskirts, a trained Prime team will be deployed via mobile bikes and vans, to reach within committed timelines and resolve issues on-site.
The core of this capability lies in Shepherd, Euler Motors’ in-house vehicle intelligence platform. Shepherd enables live diagnostics, remote monitoring, and predictive maintenance, identifying potential failures even before the driver is aware. The backend systems enable real-time connectivity between the vehicles, service and operations.
