Narinder Mittal, President and Managing Director India, added, “CNH sees huge potential in India and we are proud of that. Our investments support the Government of India’s ‘Make in India’ vision by strengthening the country’s role in manufacturing, technology, and sourcing. We are creating jobs, boosting mechanization, and delivering world-class solutions that help farmers, drive productivity, and contribute to India’s economic growth.”
The company’s India Technology Centre in Gurugram, set to become CNH’s largest global technology facility, is already driving product innovation for markets worldwide. With over 700 engineers, the Centre is equipped with multi-vehicle simulators, virtual and extended reality labs, and advanced prototyping tools, supporting CNH’s global product development pipeline.
The company aims to double its tractor market share in India under the New Holland brand over the next five years. It plans to achieve this by offering a wider range of localized products, particularly in the 30–50 HP category. These products are designed specifically to meet the needs of Indian farmers.
With manufacturing facilities in Greater Noida, Pune and Pithampur, the company makes tractor, harvesters, balers, rakes, engines, compactors, loader backhoes and excavators. Supported by a strong dealer network across the country and a rapidly expanding R&D base, CNH is well-positioned to contribute to India’s advancement in both agriculture and construction while leveraging the country’s capabilities to serve markets around the world.
