A total of 1146 electric commercial vehicles (CVs) were retailed in the country in the month of June 2025, in contrast to 515 units sold in the corresponding period last year. This translated to a growth of 122.5 per cent year on year, according to data published by the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA).
Tata Motors led the pack with sales of 309 units for June 2025 as compared to 331 units in June 2024. This was followed by Mahindra Group with 171 units (27units).
