VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) delivered 50 units of the 24-seater Eicher CNG AC Buses to Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML). These buses were flagged off by Devendra Fadnavis and Maharashtra BJP president Chandrakant Patil in Mahatma Phule Mandai, Pune.
These passenger and environmentally friendly vehicles will operate in central Pune namely, Deccan to Pulgate, Swargate to Pune Station and Swargate to Shivajinagar.With this delivery VECVcontinues to support the modernization of sustainableurban mobility solutions in the country.
Developed on Eicher’s latest innovative BSVI solution, Eutech 6 and powered with the E483 CNG engines delivering 115hp@2600 rpm and peak torque of 360Nm@1600-2000rpm, Eicher CNG buses are packed with best-in-class technology. All buses come equipped with Eicher Live, a telematics solution connected in real-time with the Eicher Uptime Centre which provides remote bus monitoring and predictive diagnosis to reduce abrupt breakdowns.
The compact size and turning radius of this 24-seater AC bus will be ideal for navigating on congested narrow roads. VECV offers a wide range of CNG buses including Starline and Skyline Pro CNG chassis.
