ChargeZone, India’s largest EV charging company with over 13,500 charging points, has launched ChargeClub, an exclusive loyalty programme designed to reward EV users for charging their vehicles. The programme was unveiled on World EV Day as part of ChargeZone’s vision to enhance the EV ownership experience across the country and to support the reduction of CO2 emissions.
Enrollment in ChargeClub is free and simple for all EV users. Customers can join directly through the ChargeZone App by completing their profile, updating vehicle information, and topping up their wallet. Upon successful enrollment, every member receives a welcome bonus of 2,000 ChargeCoins credited to their account.
ChargeClub offers five membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Red, with each tier unlocking higher benefits based on monthly charging usage. Members can earn ChargeCoins through multiple activities, including energy consumption with five ChargeCoins for every one unit of energy charged, bonus campaigns, monthly milestones, and special promotions. Tier upgrade rewards and multiplier days allow members to earn rewards at an accelerated pace as they move up the tiers.
Earned ChargeCoins can be redeemed for charging session discounts or for partner coupons and offers available within the app. Members can enjoy discounts of up to 15 percent depending on their membership tier.
