Honda Cars India
Ltd. (HCIL), launched the much awaited Honda Brio with refreshed exteriors and
premium interiors for a starting price of Rs. 4,69,000 (ex-showroom Delhi). The
new hatchback from Honda also gets features like 2DIN USB, Bluetooth and AUX enabled
infotainment setup as well as digital AC controls with a max cool function.
The new Honda Brio
features bold exteriors with a high-gloss and chrome finish front grill and a
redesigned front bumper, the vehicle gets a new tail lamp as well as a new tailgate
spoiler with an LED stop lamp. On the inside the new Brio gets a refreshed
instrument panel which boasts of carbon finish and silver accents. The hatch
also gets a triple analog cluster with white illumination. Honda is now
offering the new Brio with a Premium and Spacious Beige interiors and new
Sporty Black Interiors for the top end variant.
The Brio hatchback
will come with the same 1.2 litre, 4 cylinder i-VTEC engine which produces
86.7hp at 6000rpm and a peak torque of 109NM at 4500rpm. The vehicle will come
with a 5-speed manual transmission with a 5-speed automatic also on offer. The
manual variant returns 18.5kmpl while the automatic returns 16.5kms to the
litre. On the safety front the Brio gets ABS, EBD and dual airbags as well. The Brio will come standard with a 2 year/
