Porsche AG is now offering a special edition for two of its Cayenne models. While the Cayenne Platinum Edition costs Rs 1,06,68,000, the Cayenne Diesel Platinum Edition costs Rs 1,08,86,000. The prices are ex showroom Maharashtra. The Platinum Edition of Porsche’s entry-level Cayenne delivers 300 hp, whilst the Cayenne Diesel produces 245 hp. The new models are available for order now, with deliveries set to commence in August 2016.
The Cayenne Platinum Edition comes in petrol and diesel versions and it features large 20-inch wheels in RS Spyder design, housed in wider wheel arches. The exclusive interiors are complemented by leather sport seats with electric eight-way adjustment, Alcantara centre panels and the Porsche crest on all headrests. The manufacturer of exclusive two- and four-door sports cars uses the Platinum Edition designation for selected model series that are offered for only a limited time.
The SUV has stainless steel door sills showcasing "Platinum Edition" lettering. Additional high-end standard features include the latest generation Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system with a seven-inch touchscreen, navigation and Connect Plus module with Apple CarPlay and Siri voice, the BOSE Surround Sound system as well as a stylish analogue clock integrated in the dashboard.
Standard equipment in the Cayenne Platinum Edition models includes: Bi-xenon headlights with the Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), Power Steering Plus and ParkAssist in the front and rear. The two models feature rear-view and exterior mirrors with an automatic anti-glare feature.
The Cayenne also comes with additional standard features, such as Adaptive Air Suspension including Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), panoramic sunroof, Bluetooth/mobile phone preparation, 4-zone climate control and electrical sun blinds for side windows in the rear.

Both models are available in a wide range of standard colours, such as non-metallic black or white, Jet Black Metallic, Rhodium Silver Metallic, Mahogany Metallic, Carrera White Metallic. A special exterior colour named Purpurite Metallic is available as an option. The wider wheel arches are also finished in the chosen exterior colour. The elegant appearance is rounded off by the black high-gloss exterior package.
