Maruti Suzuki has started accepting pre-launch bookings for S-Cross, India’s first premium crossover. An amount of Rs 11,000 is being accepted as a token amount for booking.
The S-Cross is built on a sedan platform and hence offers the premium feel of a sedan and yet has the looks and power of an SUV. The model comes with two diesel engine options --- DDiS 200 and DDiS 320. It has no option of a petrol engine. It is built on a brand new platform and engine and comes packed with features including cruise control, rain-sensing auto wiper, all wheel disc brakes, auto dimming IRVM, HID (High Intensity Discharge) headlamps with auto light-on function and Smartplay infotainment system with reverse parking camera.
The S-Cross is expected to be launched in early August and will be sold and delivered at the network of Nexa showrooms. Nexa is the new premium automotive experience by Maruti Suzuki and 30 NEXA showrooms will begin operations in the next few weeks.
Customers can take any of the following routes to indicate their intent to purchase S-CROSS:
a) Dial 1800-200-6392 (toll free) to make enquiries for S-Cross and leave their contact details.
b) Log in to www.nexaexperience.com and leave their contact details.
c) Customers intending to buy S-Cross can leave their contact details at any of the existing nationwide Maruti Suzuki sales network.
d) In addition the company is displaying the S-Cross at prominent locations where customers can see the S-Cross and express their intent for purchase.
The customer details will be passed on to a Nexa Showroom and the Nexa Relationship Manager will contact the customer to complete the booking formalities for the S-Cross.
