With the crossover market becoming more and more competitive by the day, Hyundai has decided to go at it themselves now with the ‘i20 Active’. Hyundai Motor India has globally debuted the first renderings of the i20 Active which is set to launch in India in the month of March, 2015.
The crossover was designed at Hyundai Motor’s Design Centre in Rüsselsheim, Germany based on Hyundai’s ‘Fluidic Sculpture 2.0’ design language. Powered by the same 1.2L petrol engine and the 1.4L diesel the basic specifications of the i20 Active, we expect will remain sound from the Elite i20 which is currently in production in India.
Pricing will probably start around Rs.6.5 lakh when compared to the competition. But for confirmation on more details, watch this space for a detailed review and the launch of the i20 Active soon.
