Jeep India announced the launch of Compass Sport FWD with a 9-speed automatic transmission, making it the most affordable automatic Jeep Compass ever offered in India. The new variant brings automatic performance to the entry variant of the Compass line-up for the first time, creating a more accessible entry point for customers seeking the distinctive design, performance and authentic character of the Jeep Compass. The Jeep Compass Sport 9AT is priced at Rs 21.99 lakh (ex-showroom), with customer deliveries commencing from second week of November across Jeep dealerships and Stellantis Brand Houses in India.
The new Compass Sport 9AT pairs the proven 2.0-litre MultiJet II Turbo Diesel engine, producing 170 hp and 350 Nm of torque, with a 9-speed automatic transmission designed to deliver smooth and effortless performance in everyday driving. Automatic transmissions increasingly becoming an important consideration for customers seeking greater convenience in everyday driving.

It comes equipped with 6 airbags, Auto Hold and Cruise Control, complemented by a 21.3 cm Uconnect touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, steering-mounted controls and electrically adjustable door mirrors. The Compass Sport also features Frequency Selective Damping (FSD) suspension, designed to deliver a composed ride across varied road conditions, together with Dynamic Steering Torque (DST) for confident and responsive handling.
Customers can further personalize their Compass Sport 9AT with an optional Accessory Pack, priced at Rs 29,900, offering a curated selection of accessories designed to enhance style, convenience and everyday usability. The pack includes ambient lighting, a dashcam with predictive safety features, Swoosh decal, all-weather floor mats and mud flaps.
