Skoda Auto India has expanded its Slavia range with the Slavia Monte Carlo receiving two new exclusive colour options – Shimla Green and Steel Grey. They are both offered in a distinctive dual-tone finish. Exclusive to just 200 units, these limited colour editions of the Slavia Monte Carlo combine the sedan's dynamic design and engaging driving experience with the brand’s Rallye Monte Carlo heritage. The addition lends an even stronger visual presence and is aimed at customers seeking a more distinctive and exclusive ownership experience.
Commenting on the introduction, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Skoda Auto India, said, “The Slavia Monte Carlo has been well received by customers for its distinctive design, premium appeal, engaging driving dynamics and strong connection to our motorsport heritage. We are further enhancing the individuality and desirability of the Monte Carlo range, offering customers greater choice and exclusivity. The Slavia Monte Carlo continues to embody the perfect blend of style, performance, and modernity. We will continue to strengthen our sedan portfolio, in line with the evolving aspirations of our customers.”
Apart from the new exclusive colour options, the Slavia Monte Carlo continues to distinguish itself with its blacked-out exterior design cues, signature Monte Carlo styling elements, premium black and red interior theme, and feature-rich cabin. The new Shimla Green and Steel Grey dual-tone finishes further amplify choice for customers seeking one of the most desirable variants in the Slavia range. The Slavia Monte Carlo continues to be offered with Skoda Auto India's proven TSI engines, combined with the brand’s array of real automatics, delivering a blend of performance, efficiency and driving pleasure.
Customers can choose between the 1.0-litre TSI engine paired with a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission or the 1.5-litre TSI engine paired with the 7-speed DSG. The 1.0 TSI is a three-cylinder turbocharged petrol that makes 85 kW (115 PS) and 178 Nm of torque, while the larger 1.5 TSI four-cylinder turbocharged petrol generates 110 kW (150 PS) and 250 Nm of torque. Moreover, the 1.5 TSI continues to be the only engine in its segment offering Active Cylinder Technology, where two cylinders shut down under light loads, saving fuel, along with Plasma-Coated Cylinder Liners for better heat management and thermal efficiency.
