Citroen India announced the launch of the updated new Citroen e-C3X. With the introduction of Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS), the e-C3X redefines the EV ownership experience by separating battery cost from vehicle price, enabling customers to enter the EV ecosystem with a lower upfront investment.
The all-new Citroen e-C3X range starts at INR 10.25 lakh with BaaS option starting at INR 6.89 lakh + Battery EMI @ Rs 2.26/km. is now open for bookings across the Citroen dealership network and on the official Citroen India website.

BaaS: A Smarter Way to Own an EV
At the heart of the e-C3X proposition is BaaS (Battery-as-a-Service) option offered through leading banks, designed to address one of the biggest barriers to EV adoption, the high upfront cost. Customers can purchase the vehicle through a dual-loan finance product which aims to reduce upfront battery cost that enables lower entry price, predictable ownership costs and enhanced peace of mind.
This approach aligns with Citroen’s vision of democratising electric mobility and making it relevant for a wider base of Indian customers.
Developed on India-focused Citroen’s Smart Car Platform, the e-C3X is defined by bold spirit & an SUV-inspired silhouette with LED headlamps plus signature split LED DRLs and front fog lamp, while the confident front grille exudes its French flair.
