Skoda India, part of the German Volkswagen group, has introduced the Rapid Ultima, a special edition. The car will be available in two variants and will be priced in the range of Rs 8.3 lakhs to Rs 9.97 lakh (ex-showroom New Delhi). The Rapid Ultima will be available for a limited period only.
Some of the features of the new model will include roof and side foil, Garmin and Tom-Tom navigation, projector lens headlamps, bluetooth telephone connectivity, multi-function steering wheel, parking sensors, leather package, seven spoke alloys, leatherate seat covers, etc. There will be an attractive exterior decal stretching from the hood over the roof all the way to the boot and across the shoulder line of the car. This will be a distinguishing factor for the car.
The Rapid Ultima which features Skoda’s new logo will be available in diesel and petrol variants across the Ambition Plus and Elegance trims. The petrol variant has maximum power of 103 bhp5250rpm with maximum torque of 220NM@153-3800rpm. The diesel variant has maximum power of 103 bhp@4400rpm with maximum torque of 250Nm@1500-2500rpm.
