The receiver is equipped with a one touch NFC connection feature that allows you to connect your Smartphone and have a complete control on music, besides navigation, phone calls, and text messages along with Car Tuner. XPS-N1BT docking mechanism accommodates various sizes of Smartphones from various brands.

 By using the Sony device, the “App Remote” unifies the car audio music and Smartphone apps which can be easily controlled by touch panel operation. Aside from controlling the device by hand, users can also utilize the voice control function that lets drivers voice out commands while they are on the road.

App Remote is available at Apple App Store and Google Play Store. iOS5 and iOS6 is required for iPhones.

The voice control function can be used by touching the 'Voice’ key on the head unit.
