A limited edition XUV 500 Sportz built on the W8 model has been launched by Mahindra & Mahindra. The leading SUV manufacturer in India has priced this limited edition SUV at Rs. 13.85 lakh (ex-showroom New Delhi). The XUV500 Sportz has some premium features and plush interiors. The features include stylish sports decals and unique alloy wheels that come with signature red inserts. It also has a rear-view camera and sporty leather-fabric seats. Other fitments include fog lamps and door handles with red accents, stylized red colored roof rails and a ‘Sportz’ badging that differentiates it with the rest.The MHawk engine of the SUV generates 140bhp of power and around 330Nm of torque. It is mated to a 6-speed transmission with 5th Generation Variable Geometry Turbocharger Technology. It has a 6” touch screen Infotainment System with GPS, DVD, CD, MP3, FM, USB, iPod connectivity and several other interesting features. It even has a static-bending projector headlamps with LED parking lights along with voice commands, cruise and audio controls on steering wheel.As part of its safety features it has an Electronic Stability Program (ESP) with Rollover Mitigation and 6 Airbags (front, side and curtain).
