The 14th Auto Expo- The Motor Show 2018 kicked
off on February 7, 2018 with the global premiere of the Maruti Suzuki
#ConceptFutureS at the Maruti Suzuki pavilion at India Expo Mart in Greater
Noida on the outskirts of New Delhi in the state of Uttar Pradesh. February 7th
and 8th are exclusive press days and Motown India will be covering
the news on these days as well as from February 9 to 14 when the show is thrown open to the general public.
Motown India is one of the media partners to the show and is present at stall No. E3Q2 in Hall No.1 in the main building on the ground floor.
The concept vehicle has unique aggressive stance and posture
and the interiors are bold and exciting. The #ConceptFutureS will be redefining
the compact vehicle design for the company in India. The design of the vehicle
has been done in-house by Maruti Suzuki. This #ConceptFutureSembodies the next
level of design evolution in terms of proportions, body sculpting and other
features. It’s a step in design
language, claims Maruti Suzuki as the vehicle has integrated SUV features in
compact dimensions, without disturbing the proportions.
The #ConceptFutureS vehicle on display has a higher seating
position and a higher ground clearance. A unique A-pillar treatment playfully
connects to the accent on the side still, the taut powerful shoulders and
raised rear volume give the vehicle a very dynamic appeal.
The vehicle was launched in the presence of Kenichi Ayukawa,
Managing Director & CEO, CV Raman, Senior Executive Director (Engineering)
and RS Kalsi, Senior Executive Director (Marketing and Sales), Maruti Suzuki.
