India's largest car retailer, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, has announced the rebranding of its retail channels across the country. The new Maruti Suzuki showrooms across India will now be known as - Maruti Suzuki Arena. The new showrooms will boast of modern looks with a warm, friendly and comfortable environment. The company has extensively implemented design and technological changes to enhance customer delight.
With this new addition Maruti Suzuki India now has four distinct retail channels -- Maruti Suzuki Arena, Nexa, Commercial and True Value. Moving towards a more connected experience, Maruti Suzuki has integrated technology seamlessly with the customers buying experience.
Customers can book cars through a new website which has been designed to connect better with the youth of today. The new Maruti Showrooms also get a young, trendy and vibrant look, an navigation portal to integrate online to offline registration, inclusive product vision screens, a dedicated personalisation centre with a stylist and a cafe an consultation zone.
Relationship managers at showrooms shall also be equipped with tablets and an app to display a range of Maruti products and variants. These new showrooms will sport a trendy blue signature design facade and an Active Experience Terrace. Enhancing the buying experience, Maruti has also created a Coffee Consultation Area and an Owners Lounge.
The new Maruti Suzuki Arena has been designed in line with the company's Transformotion 2.0 Initiative. The key pillars of Maruti Suzuki 2.0 are design, technology and experience. The new transformation has been built with consultation to continuous research, customer voice and anticipation of changing future trends. The company aims to setup 80 Maruti Suzuki Arena dealerships by March 2018.
