Pune-based Everve Motors has unveiled its maiden luxury e-scooter EF1. Everve Motors is all set to launch its premium and environment-friendly e-scooter.
The e-scooter will come with a premium quality battery with a lifespan of 3-5 years. With a top speed of 90 km/hour, this e-scooter will provide the rider with a speed range of up to 110 km/hour, disclosed Srinivas Reddy of the company.
The e-scooter has a motor of 3.3 KW and 5 KW and weighs 260kh (GVW). It has a payload of 150kg. The e-scooter can be charged through a 5 amp plug at home or office. There will be dual batteries in the vehicle, each weighing 12 kgs each. The life span of each battery is around five years.
The lithium ion batteries can be charged in 5 hours and through fast charging the same can be done in 1.5 hours. The company claims the e-scooter will have a top speed of up to 110 kmph which will be limited to 90 kmph. The scooter can accelerate from 0-60kmph speed in around 8.73 seconds. The vehicle will come with AB with racing grade brakes. The e-scooter will be launched in the last quarter of 2020.
