Triumph Motorcycles India has launched the all-newTiger 800 XCX and XR line-up. The bikes have undergone massive technical enhancements that have resulted in better off-road capability and rider comfort. While the new Tiger 800 XR will cost Rs 11.76 lakh, the Tiger 800 XRx will cost Rs 13.13 lakh and the Tiger 800 XCx will cost Rs 13.76 lakh.
The company claims that more than 200 upgrades have been made to the chassis and engine. Now it is a more responsive and optimised Triple engine. The new shorter ratio 1st gear enables enhanced off-road traction, low-speed manoeuvrability and acceleration. As for the exhaust, it’s a lighter, free-flowing silencer with improved exhaust note.
There is a new “Off Road Pro” riding mode, with a choice of up to six riding modes. The screen is now adjustable for five different positions. The bikes also come with a new signature LED lighting, new illuminated, ergonomically designed, backlit switchgear and five-way joystick control. There is also a new updated cruise control.
Besides the bike comes with a new premium bodywork, new high quality badges, graphics and detailing, new colours and a more contemporary and dynamic stance.
