Bajaj Auto has launched the Avenger Street 180 in India which will be added to their lineup of the new 2018 Street 220 and the Cruise 220 range. The Avenger Street 180 will replace the existing Avenger Street 150 motorcycle. Bajaj has upgraded the engine from a 150cc to a 180cc in a bid to consolidate its hold in the classic motorcycle segment. The bike has been priced at Rs. 84,499 (ex-showroom Delhi).
The new 2018 Avenger Street 180 caters to a more powerful ride experience and additionally comes with features such as a new roadster design headlamp with LED DRLs, new graphics with a larger insignia, low and long profile, black alloy wheels and a rubberised rear grab.
The Avenger Street 180 comes with the proven DTS-i engine that is capable of producing 15.2hp and a low to mid range torque of 13.7Nm. Bajaj has enhanced the rear suspension by increase the suspension travel by 12pc. Bajaj is offering the new avenger in Ebony Black and spicy Red colours.
