This long-range variant is engineered to accelerate the brand’s vision of ‘Ghar Ghar Evooter.’ With this addition, Vida now offers four distinct VX2 variants tailored to the diverse lifestyles and requirements of Indian riders. The new long-range variant has proven its unparalleled endurance through a historic cross-country expedition, officially securing a spot in the Asia Book of Records for the ‘Longest Journey by an Electric Scooter.’
The Vida Evooter VX2 Plus 4.4 kWh priced at INR 1,43,990 (Effective ex-showroom price in New Delhi, less current PMED subsidy and offers) features a total battery capacity of 4.4 kWh via dual 2.2 kWh removable units, achieving an IDC-certified range of 187 km. This variant comes with a 1 kW portable charger capable of charging 0% to 80% in 3 hours and 30 minutes. For riders on the move, it also supports high-speed DC fast charging, replenishing the battery from 0% to 80% in 65 minutes.
Additionally, with Vida’s extensive network of over 6,000 fast charging stations and 700+ service touchpoints, riders are guaranteed accessible and reliable support wherever the road takes them. The Vida Evooter VX2 Plus 4.4 kWh hits a top speed of 90 km/h - backed by a 6 kW peak power and 26 Nm torque - and features three distinct riding modes - Eco, Ride and Sports with a Boost feature to aid in overtaking. This performance is matched by cutting-edge technology, including a 4.3-inch TFT display, smartphone integration, turn-by-turn navigation, and OTA updates. The VIDA EVOOTER VX2 Plus 4.4 kWh emphasises rider utility with 27.2 litres of under-seat storage, and a CBS braking system specifically tuned to handle Indian road conditions.
Vida has officially secured its place in the Asia Book of Records for the “Longest Journey by an Electric Scooter” after completing an extraordinary 12,111 km journey. Additionally, VIDA is also offering Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) plans to ensure that electric mobility remains flexible and affordable for all.
