Motovolt Mobility has launched Urbn, a feature rich, smart e-bike at a price of Rs 49,999. Motovolt Urbn can be booked at Rs 999/- on the company’s website and 100+ physical retail points.
Urbn e-bike does not require any license or registration to own and ride, and comes with a host of features. Motovolt Urbn is powered by a removable BIS approved battery which is safe and easy to charge. It comes with a peddle assist sensor and offers multiple riding modes to support peddling or automatic ride preferences. Further, it comes with an ignition key switch, handle-lock and various other features.
Prominent features of the Urbn include a L x W x H of 1700mm x 645mm x 1010mm, net weight of 40 kg, rated capacity under 120kg, max speed 25kmph, top speed under 10 seconds, 16Ah, 20Ah Li-ion removable battery, charging time up to 4 hours, a range of 120kms, rated voltage of 36v, BLDC motor, 20 inches wheel, 7 deg gradeability, disc brakes in front and rear, suspension spring operated in front and hydraulic coil spring at rear, torque of 35-40Nm, among others.
