Atulya Sharma has been appointed as the Chief Legal Counsel at Apollo Tyres Ltd. He will be based out of the company’s Corporate Office in Gurgaon, and will oversee the Legal and Corporate Secretarial functions.
Atulya’s last assignment was with Deutsche Bank as Head of Legal, Indian Subcontinent and Mauritius, where he was responsible for all legal support in South Asia including Global Markets, Capital Markets Transactional Banking, New Funds and Infrastructure/ Project Finance related transactions. Prior to that, he has worked with IFC (World Bank Group), Dua Associates and IDFC Group. He comes with a total of 22 years of work experience.
Atulya, who will report to Neeraj Kanwar, Vice Chairman & MD, Apollo Tyres Ltd is a member of Bar Council of Delhi and Bar Association, Supreme Court of India
