Naresh Kumar Rattan who was working as Executive Director, Force Motors has taken over Director, Sales & Marketing, Sonalika Group. The Sonalika Group, controlled by LD Mittal manufactures tractors under the brand name ‘Sonalika’ from its plant in Hoshiarpur in Punjab. These tractors are manufactured by International Tractors Ltd (ITL), the flagship company of the Sonalika group.
Sonalika Group company International Cars and Motors Ltd (ICML) manufactures multi utility vehicles under the brand name Delite. It was earlier known as Rhino multi utility vehicle.
Incorporated in 1969, the Sonalika Group is among the top three tractor manufacturers of India and provides a complete product line including tractors, multi-utility vehicles, engines, farm machinery attachments, diesel gensets, auto components and pick & carry cranes.
Rattan who resigned from Force Motors in January 2015, spent around three years in the company. He has more than two-decades of diversified experience across automotive sectors which includes 12-year-long career at the Japanese two-wheeler major, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Ltd (HMSI).
Naresh had joined Force Motors in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer -Tractors & President Sales & Marketing - Commercial and Personal Vehicle Division.
