Jaguar and Land Rover cars continue to strengthen the
performance of Tata Motors as global sales of both Jaguar as well as Land Rover
vehicles touched 32,858 units for the month of September 2014. Cumulative wholesales for Jaguar Land Rover
for the fiscal were 219,131 vehicles.
While JLR figures stood out, those of Tata home grown
vehicles continued to depress. Global wholesales of Tata Motors’ passenger
vehicles in September 2014 were 12,328 nos. Cumulative wholesales for the
fiscal were 58,669 nos.
As far as JLR vehicles, global wholesales for Jaguar Land
Rover for the month were 32,858 vehicles. Jaguar wholesales for the month were
5,715 vehicles and cumulative wholesales were 37,365 vehicles, while Land Rover
wholesales for the month were 27,143 vehicles and cumulative wholesales were

On the commercial vehicles front, the global wholesales of
all Tata Motors’ commercial vehicles and Tata Daewoo range in September 2014
