Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd, a part the US $ 12.5 billion Mahindra Group, has announced the appointment of Dharmendra Mishra as Vice President – Sales & Customer Care. Mishra joins Mahindra with 27 years of experience across functions like sales, marketing, customer care and engagement and branding in the automobile and media sectors. He spent the first 21 years of his career with LML and has spent the last five and a half years with the largest media group in the country – Dainik Bhaskar – as a profit centre head responsible for business and operations. He is a post-graduate in Management and Economics. The Two Wheeler Sector of Mahindra aims to design and market a full range of scooters and motorcycles for the Indian and global markets, thus establishing a robust and end-to-end two-wheeler business in every segment of the industry. It has built in the past two years a network of over 400 dealers in 250 cities across the country with a large network of service points. Mishra will be charged with strengthening this network to further strengthen customer centricity.
