TVS Automobile Solutions Limited (TVS ASL), which has been hived off from TVS & Sons as a separate company in February 2011, has inaugurated its 3rd exclusive authorised service centre for Tata Motors’ passenger cars segment in Chennai – the other two centres are located in Hyderabad and Kochi. In commemoration of the opening of new facility, ‘MyTVS’ has also announced special promotional offers to Tata Passenger Car Owners. This facility also marks TVS ASL’s 17th own outlet and 60th overall, including franchisees, in India. The inaugurated service centre is located in New No. 105, Old No. 69, Mount Poonamallee Road, Porur, Chennai.
Located in a 28,000 sq.ft. prime area, the state-of-the-art facility will have advanced Mechanical Bays, Body Shop, and Paint Booth with facilities for Engine and vehicle scanner, Wheel alignment, Hydraulic water wash ramp, Emission check, Nitrogen inflator, etc. Besides catering to the regular running and body repairs, the customer centric service centre will also take up the new car free services and warranty jobs thus providing Tata passenger car owners the complete servicing solutions under one roof at its facility.
The special promotional offer includes Rs. 99, Rs. 555 & Rs. 999 packages for Tata Passenger car owners. The Rs. 99/- package will offer full water wash, brake cleaning and general check-up while, the Rs. 555/- and 999/- packages will offer a wide range of services from water wash to A/C & electrical check-up.

The new service centre will also offer other facilities like, Emergency breakdown assistance, extended working hours, pick-up and drop facility, assistance with insurance claims, Flexi working (7 days a week), transparency in dealings, etc.
