Sudhir Tiku has been appointed as the new Country Head of Bosch Security Systems – India, with effect from July 1, 2012. Tiku will focus on driving growth for Bosch Security Systems by introducing more localised products through focused channel engagement and working on new verticals apart from consolidating the traditional segments in which Bosch Security already has a leadership position. Tiku will help in realising the vision of the organization of being closest to the customers by providing compelling value proposition of product solutions for both large Projects and Distribution sales. Tiku joins Bosch from GE Security where he held a senior Management role and handled a large Product Sales Portfolio of Fire Detection, Gas Suppression and Security Products and led the company to growth from 2005 onwards by deep channel segmentation and strong customer contact programs. Bosch Security Systems, a division of Bosch Limited, posted growth of 20pc in the first quarter of 2012 as compared to first quarter of 2011.
