Kia India commenced production of the all-new Kia Seltos at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, marking a key milestone for the company’s operations in India. Kia India will announce the prices of the all-new Kia Seltos on 02 January, 2026.
The new Seltos represents a bigger, bolder and progressive generational evolution of one of India’s most popular and benchmark-setting mid-SUVs. Engineered to meet the evolving expectations of Indian SUV buyers, the new Seltos delivers enhanced space, bold new design, improved ride comfort, confident handling, advanced safety features, and next-generation digital technology, combining global standards with solutions tailored to Indian roads and lifestyles.

The Anantapur plant is Kia’s first manufacturing facility in India and a key global production hub. Established in 2019, it was the site where the Kia Seltos was first produced, a model specifically conceptualised and engineered for Indian customers. Built to serve both domestic demand and exports to international markets, the facility features advanced automation, high-quality standards, and a skilled workforce. Since its inception, the plant has played a central role in Kia’s global strategy, making the Seltos not only a flagship model for India but also a significant contributor to Kia’s worldwide portfolio.
