Steelbird has already surpassed 47.3 Lakh helmets in production by the second quarter, underlining its strong momentum and growing dominance in both domestic and international markets. With manufacturing excellence powered by advanced automation, robotic visor systems, and integrated production lines at its state-of-the-art facilities in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, Steelbird continues to push the boundaries of innovation, quality, and safety.

In the current fiscal, Steelbird is set to launch 15 new innovative helmets equipped with next-generation features such as Bluetooth connectivity, advanced ventilation systems, lightweight composites, and enhanced comfort for riders. These new designs will cater to evolving consumer preferences and global safety standards.
Additionally, the company is already open over 300 new exclusive outlets across India under its Steelbird Rider Shop network & aims to open 1000 Outlets. This strategic retail expansion aims to strengthen Steelbird’s footprint, offering customers a premium in-store experience and access to a complete range of helmets and rider accessories.
