there is one clear leader in the electric two wheeler space in India, it is
Okinawa Autotech. According to retail sales data released by the Federation of
Automobile Dealer Associations (FADA) for the month of May 2022, it is clearly
indicated that the crown goes to Okinawa Autotech.
Electric which has been in the business of manufacturing electric two wheelers
has been left behind in the race for supremacy. And mind you, this is not a
flash in the pan for Okinawa Autotech. While in May 2022 it sold 9303 units,
its closest rival was Ola at 9225 units. Hero Electric was a distant 7th
with sales of a mere 2850 units.
