GP Petroleums Ltd, a leading lubricant maker and part of UAE-based Gulf Petrochem Group, has launched the Spanish oil major Repsol’s diesel engine oil for the first time in India, as per its exclusive licence agreement with Repsol S A Spain to manufacture and market Repsol brand of lubricants in the country.
The products were launched by Repsol’s Global Director of Lubricants, Orlando Carbo Conte at an event in Jaipur along with the CEO of GP Petroleums Hari Prakash M. The Diesel Engine Oil (DEO) range follows the successful launch of Repsol’s Motor Cycle Oil (MCO) and Passenger Car Motor Oils (PCMO) launch recently. A wide range of products have been launched in various categories including CI 4 plus, which will soon be followed by the CH4 category as well.
