With effect from July 01, 2013, Dr. A. Hieronimus will be resigning from the position of Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors. V K Viswanathan will be the new Chairman of the Board. Dr. Bernd Bohr will also be resigning from the Board of Directors. Peter Tyroller will be Non-Executive Director on the Board of the company. Also, Muthuraman will be stepping down as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from July 01, 2013 Dr. A. Hieronimus is stepping down after an association of nearly ten years with Bosch Limited. Prior to his current position, Dr. Hieronimus was Managing Director of the Company from September 2003 to January 2008. After ten years as a Non-Executive Director at Bosch Ltd, Dr. Bernd Bohr has resigned with effect from July 01, 2013. During this time Dr. Bohr also was responsible for India in the Board of Robert Bosch GmbH in Germany.
