Buchmann (48) is an Austrian national with Diploma in Master of Business Administration, has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years with rich experience in the areas of manufacturing, wholesale and retail. In his position as Head of After Sales, he will take over responsibility for Parts Operations and Warehousing, Technical Service and Warranty, Training Academy for Sales and After Sales and Vehicle Logistics at Volkswagen Group Sales India.
