Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M) has announced that it has received over 5,000 bookings from customers for its newly launched compact SUV, the Quanto within 3 weeks of its launch. Bookings for Quanto had opened across India from September 21, 2012. Commenting on the response to Quanto, Pravin Shah, Chief Executive - Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra said, “It is a delight that the Quanto has received over 5,000 bookings in a short span of 3 weeks. This response strengthens our belief thatQuanto will be able to create a new category within the SUV segment with its unique value proposition.
