Cross Roads in association with JK Tyres has launched ‘Fix-a-Tyre’ helpline for 24x7 on road tyre assistance in Chennai. This service will be provided to all JK Tyre customers within 30 minutes of their calling. Services like on the spot tyre change and fixture of puncture tyre will be taken care by Cross Roads.
Earlier Cross Roads and JK Tyre had tied-up for providing assistance to Delhi JK Tyre customers, making their association one and half year old. It is the success in Delhi which led them to extend their service in Chennai.
Speaking on the occasion Harish Lakhera, Chief Executive Officer of Cross Roads India Assistance Pvt. Ltd. noted, “It’s been 1.5 years that we have been providing tyre assistance to JK Tyre Delhi customers. Our service has got great feedbacks and is a great success amongst our service takers, that our association led us to extend our services in Chennai. I am sure our service will be a great hit in Chennai as well.”
The service can be availed by the people travelling within the municipal units of Chennai. All he/she has to do, is call at the toll-free helpline number: 1800-103-5888 and inform customer care executive of the problem he/she is facing after confirming his/her customer id and vehicle registration no. along with location details. Within 30 minutes from the time of calling the assistance van that has GPS enable tablets with service engineers will reach out for help.
