Anil Dua has decided to resign from his post of Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Hero MotoCorp. He has quit to pursue opportunities elsewhere. According to unconfirmed sources, he has got a job opportunity in a foreign country which he is keen to take up.After spending 16 years of his career working with Hindustan Unilever Ltd. Since 1989, followed by a short term as Strategy Director at Gillette, Dua Joined Hero Honda (The company later splits with its partner Honda of Japan and renamed itself Hero MotoCorp) in 2006. After the split, Dua played a crucial role in building up the new brand by introducing new technology and a new network of dealerships which eventually contributed in record sales for two-wheelers for the company.Dua will continue in his current role in the company till June 24, 2014. Sanjeev Shukla as National Marketing Head and A Srinivasu as Sales Head have been named his successors in Hero MotoCorp.
