Early December 2017, Delphi
Automotive PLC completed the spin-off of its Powertrain segment into Delphi
Technologies, a $4.5-billion independent entity. Meanwhile, Delphi Automotive,
engaged in developing more connected electronics and safety solutions for a
wide array of customers across the globe, will now be known as Aptiv.
Aptiv will formally unveil its
portfolio of new mobility solutions at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) this
coming January in Las Vegas.
