‘Below The Belt’ is a must read fiction

The book “Below The Belt” (Fiction) is an interesting story of a man who lives in New Delhi, India. Though he belongs to South India, he was born and brought up in the capital city New Delhi. The book has a very interesting start. It has a quote from a movie: “I don't suppose I'm the only one who’s had to fuck her way to the top” ........Hollywood Actress Pia Zadora in the movie ‘Lonely Lady’ while refusing to accept the Oscar Award. It’s quite a bold start to a book that delves upon the life of a man by the name of Puthanveetilpaulose Kuruvilla. Through his eyes we get to see the real rotten world that surrounds us, whether it is crime, prostitution, debauchery, sex, lust or passion. The book has all kinds of characters--a prostitute, a lesbian Bollywood actress, a corrupt politician, a lustful expat boss and the most interesting part is that all their lives cross each other at some point of time. The reality that smacks you on your face is what makes this book so interesting to read. The author has used a pseudo name (D. Maximus) for this book. On the lines of Fifty Shades of Grey, this book is a must read for every Indian who wants to catch a glimpse of the real world through this great piece of fiction!   Available on kindle in e-book form.
