All new TVS Wego launched at Rs 46,410/-

Chennai-based motorcycle manufacturer TVS Motor Company has launched the new 2014 TVS Wego scooter. The new TVS Wego comes with hordes of new features. Several improvements have been incorporated in the engine of the Wego. The two-wheeler will be available at TVS dealerships at a price of Rs. 46,410 ex-Delhi. The scooter delivers a mileage of 62km per liter of petrol.

The Wego is the only all metal bodied scooters in India. The scooter is targeted at young urban couples. The new features include a fully digital console, tubeless tyre, parking brakes, stylish new muffler and TVS patented econometer. To add to the styling, there are fresh graphics in monotone and new dual tone colors.

Because of its refreshing styling, the Wego had become the recipient of the India Design Mark (I Mark) by the India Design Council. The Council is affiliated to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.

Further, the 2014 TVS Wego comes with improved, noise-free, all-aluminum, low-friction engine. The 110 cc engine delivers 8 bhp @7500rpm. Not to miss are the 12-inch alloy wheels, telescopic front suspension and gas filled rear shock absorbers, normally found only on motorcycles.  Enhancing the styling are the multi-reflector halogen headlamps and an LED tail lamp.
